A Fundação Santa Casa realizou na última quinta-feira, 08, um evento voltado aos pais que trabalham na instituição. A programação denominada “Super Pai FSCMP”, contou com palestra e sorteio de brindes aos presentes.
Andrei Porpino, da coordenação estadual de saúde do homem / SESPA, esclareceu em sua palestra várias dúvidas dos servidores da instituição, que estiveram presentes no evento. “A nossa atividade educativa é muito importante, justamente para sensibilizar a população masculina a se cuidar melhor e procurar também os serviços de saúde com bastante frequência. Principalmente a partir da atenção básica que é a porta de entrada do SUS.
Andrei alerta que o homem precisa fazer seus exames de rotina, como por exemplo hemograma, verificação de pressão arterial, ter também um estilo de vida saudável, praticar esportes, evitar o sedentarismo. Uma alimentação saudável é bastante recomendada. Evitar comer com muita frequência comida um pouco gordurosa. O certo é comer comidas leves, ricas em verduras, além de frutas.
Durante o evento foi aberto aos pais a palavra e o servidor Leonardo Taveira, motorista lotado na GSEG, falou da importância de integrar com a família e estimular aos filhos a se educarem. “O homem precisa de tempo para sua família e procurar cuidar de sua saúde. Eventos como esse faz com que a gente se sinta acolhido e com isso apreender e ser bem informado. Passamos muito tempo trabalhando e as vezes somos esquecido”.
Leonardo Taveira faz um alerta para que o homem possa se cuidar mais, tentar ser mais humano, mais agradável. Não uma máquina, não só trabalhar e viver a maior parte do tempo para o serviço, mas se aproximar da família e dos amigos e isso é muito importante para o ser humano, principalmente para quem é pai como nós.
